Inclusion Criteria
1. Willing participants
2. Healthy young participants who work for more than 3hrs/day on Desktop since 1 year.
3. CV angle less than 49.9 degrees.
4. VAS score more than 6, that is moderate to worst pain
5. Having NDI score of minimum 10%, that is mild and moderate
Exclusion Criteria
1. Non-willing participants
2. Any recent surgery, spinal pathology, history of cervical vertebrae fracture, vertigo, ankylosing spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, open wound around the neck.
