Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Athletes(football, sprinters, kho kho)
- •Recurrent episodes of lateral ankle sprain (1\-3times)
- •Functional ankle instability (FAI) score \>5
Exclusion Criteria
- •Orthopedic surgery during previous 6 months
- •Vestibular or balance disorder
- •Recent fractures and dislocations
- •Neurological impairment
- •History of congenital orthopedic deformity of lower limb
