- •post operative ASA-1 patients who are planned for lower limb and lower abdominal surgery under regionaL anaesthesia with normal ventilatory pattern
排除标准
- •2.obese patients with BMI >25
- •3.upper respiratory tract infection or history of uri in last 6weeks
- •4.deviated nasal septum/nasal polyp/any other cause of nsal obstruction
- •5.bleeding tendencies/past history of epistaxis/family history of bleeding disorders
- •6.past history of basal skull fracture.
