Inclusion Criteria
1.All diagnosed patients of achalasia cardia planned for laparoscopic cardiomyotomy.
2.Patients who are willing to give consent for the study.
3.Patients fit for General anesthesia.
4.Retrospective patients of achalasia cardia who underwent Laparoscopic Hellerâ??s cardiomyotomy and along with antireflux procedure based on randomization, with ctri ref no. CTRI/2014/04/004563/ CTRI/2014/04/004564.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient not willing to participate in the study
2.Patient not fit for surgery
