- •1.All diagnosed patients of achalasia cardia planned for laparoscopic cardiomyotomy.
- •2.Patients who are willing to give consent for the study.
- •3.Patients fit for General anesthesia.
- •4.Retrospective patients of achalasia cardia who underwent Laparoscopic Hellerâ??s cardiomyotomy and along with antireflux procedure based on randomization, with ctri ref no. CTRI/2014/04/004563/ CTRI/2014/04/004564.
