- •diagnose of chronic or aggressive periodontitis, = 18 years old, active periodontal therapy performed at the department of Conservative Dentistry af the University Hospital Heidelberg 5 years or longer ago, participating regular supportive periodontal therapy between June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2017, informed and written consent for including retrospective and actual dental data, complete retrospective documentation of dental data

- •no written and informed consent of the Patient, active periodontal therapy alio loco, incomplete documentation of retrospective data
