diagnose of chronic or aggressive periodontitis, = 18 years old, active periodontal therapy performed at the department of Conservative Dentistry af the University Hospital Heidelberg 5 years or longer ago, participating regular supportive periodontal therapy between June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2017, informed and written consent for including retrospective and actual dental data, complete retrospective documentation of dental data
no written and informed consent of the Patient, active periodontal therapy alio loco, incomplete documentation of retrospective data

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Periodontal probing depth (assessed by periodontal probe), tooth loss; data were retrospectively taken from the dental charts and x-rays before systematic periodontal therapy, and after 1, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25 years of SPT, actual data of the SPT appointment are included if the patient interrupted SPT and was invited to participate SPT again<br>
