1.Subjects with age >18 years diagnosed as sub-acute hemiplegia between 4 weeks to 6 months following a first-time stroke.
2.Haemorrhagic or ischemic stroke involving one hemisphere and diagnosed clinically and radiologically with a CT scan.
3.Patient having Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24
4.Patients with trunk impairment following stroke with scores < 23 on the Trunk Impairment Scale.
5.Patient having Spasticity <= 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS).
6.Patients with <4 on Modified Rankin Scale for disability.
1.Recurrent strokes
2.Communication Problems
3.Stroke patients with unilateral neglect, apraxia, and agnosia.
4.Post-traumatic hemiplegic patients.
5.Uncontrolled Hypertension
6.cardiac failure, unstable angina, and patient with a respiratory disorder.
7.A sudden worsening condition that prevented the patient from resuming rehabilitative training.
