Inclusion Criteria
- Aged 18 years or more
 - Chronic renal patients undergoing regular hemodialysis
 - Receiving their scheduled medications (at least one drug)
 
Exclusion Criteria
- Unable to answer the questionnaire or to sign the informed consent form
 - Inability to obtain prescription drugs
