Brief Summary

This is a Randomized interventional study of Rasnashirishadi Kwatha and ajamodadi vati on Sandhivata WSR to Osteoarthritis of knee joint..Total 60 patients will be enrolled in the present study.selected patients will be divided in to three groups on the basis of computer generated randomisation.Group A  containing 20 patients will be given Rasnashirishadi Kwatha.Group B containing 20 patients will be given Ajamodadi vati,and in the third group containing 20 patients will be given with both Rasnashirishadi Kwatha and Ajamodadi Vati…..Follow up will be on every 10 th day.

Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Sandhivata 2)Patient between the age 40 years to 65 years of age.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patient below 40 years and above 65 years 2)Patients of Amavata,Vataraktha,and Diabetis 3)Associated with other systemic or metabolic disorder 4)Patients on steroid therapy 5)Associate with simple or compound fractures 6)Associated with trauma 7)Patients who have undergone surgery 8)Pregnant and lactating mother.
