1.Age 70 years old and over
2.Can walk on their own without using a walking aid
3.Can follow command
1.Have a history of falling in the past 1 month
2.Have symptoms of neurological and muscular disease, such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease.
3.Pain in ankle, knee, leg ,having arthritis while participating the study or have a history of surgery on the leg, ankle and knee.
4.Have open wound on the feet or leg.
5.Have abnormal sensations in the feet or leg.
6.Severe or uncontrolled medical diseases such as Lung or heart disease
