Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder Type I and Type II based on DSM\-5 Criteria
- •Proficiency in the Persian language
- •Signing an ethical consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of intellectual disability, dementia.
- •acute psychosis and Presence of severe symptoms of the disease to the extent that the patient cannot participate in intervention.
