Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder Type I and Type II based on DSM-5 Criteria
Proficiency in the Persian language
Signing an ethical consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of intellectual disability, dementia.
acute psychosis and Presence of severe symptoms of the disease to the extent that the patient cannot participate in intervention.
