Inclusion Criteria
All Preterm babies, born between 27 to <34 weeks of gestational age and Birth weight of < 1500 gms and reached the full feeding volumes ( >150ml/kg)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Lack of consent
2.Neonates with major congenital/ chromosomal anomalies
(An anatomic abnormality severe enough to reduce normal life expectancy or compromise normal function)
3.Necrotising enterocolitis stage 2 and 3
4.Babies in whom breast milk is contra indicated
