1. The patients who have breast cancer in stage I-III
2. Who undergoing Mastectomy or lumpectomy
3. Karnofsky score more than 60
4. Who have waiting time to surgery at least 1 week.
1. The patients who have Chemotherapy or radiation before or during receive prehabilitation program.
2. Resting heart more than 120 bpm
3. Blood pressure more than 180/100 mmHg
4. Uncontroll metabolic disease
5. Unstable angina
6. Illness or infection
7. Pregnancy
8. Poor communication
