Brief Summary

Prehabilitation program on shoulder range of motion, arm circumference, physical capacity and quality of life in breast cancer patients are found good direction, no complications and no worsening symptoms when compare with the results of baseline.

18 Years to 80 Years (—)
Sex
Female

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. The patients who have breast cancer in stage I-III
  • 2. Who undergoing Mastectomy or lumpectomy
  • 3. Karnofsky score more than 60
  • 4. Who have waiting time to surgery at least 1 week.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. The patients who have Chemotherapy or radiation before or during receive prehabilitation program.
  • 2. Resting heart more than 120 bpm
  • 3. Blood pressure more than 180/100 mmHg
  • 4. Uncontroll metabolic disease
  • 5. Unstable angina
  • 6. Illness or infection
  • 7. Pregnancy
  • 8. Poor communication
