Inclusion Criteria
ASA I& II
Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation
Weight < 90kg, BMI < 30kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
•Patient refusal to participate in the study.
•Respiratory or pharyngeal pathology.
•Patients with cervical spine disease.
•Potential difficult airway
•Risk of regurgitation
