•Hemodialysis for greater than 3 months, 3 times a week. Clinically diagnosed as CKD stage 5 and adequately dialyzed (most recent single pool Kt/V=1.2). Age between 20 and 50 years.
•Both male and female Hemodynamically stable patients.
•Absence of lower extremity dialysis graft
•Muscle strength for UL &LL: 3/5 (according to Medical Research Council).
•Independent ambulation: [functional independent measure scale -level 6 to 7]

•Mobility Aids: Requires gait assistance devices or lower limb orthoses.
•Cardiac Conditions: Presence of cardiac co-morbidities.
•Autoimmune Diseases: Diagnosed with any autoimmune disorder.
•Cooperation: Uncooperative or unable to follow instructions required for the study.
•Dyspnoea: Grade 4 on the Modified Medical Research Council (MMRC) Dyspnoea Scale. Currently on oxygen therapy.
•Infection: Presence of any acute systemic infection.
•Malignancy: Diagnosed with any form of malignancy.
•Consent: Not willing or unable to provide informed consent.
