Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy adolescents; both genders; aged between 11 and 20 years; signature of the free and informed consent form by the parents or legal guardian
Exclusion Criteria
- •Clinical or metabolic disorder that influences the practice of regular physical activity; regular use of medication that affects lipid parameters, blood pressure and bone metabolism; smokers
