Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age \>18years
- •2\) Patients with features of acute cholinergic crisis following H/O exposure to an organophosphorus compound
- •3\) H/O Exposure to op compound within the previous 24 hrs
- •4\)Patients consenting for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients not consenting for the study are excluded
- •2\) Age \<18 years
- •3\) Patients with H/0 Neuromuscular junction disorders
- •5\) Patients with chronic lung disorders
- •6\) Patients treated outside for poisoning with atropine
- •7\) Patients presenting 24 hrs after the consumption of poison
