- •2) Patients with features of acute cholinergic crisis following H/O exposure to an organophosphorus compound
- •3) H/O Exposure to op compound within the previous 24 hrs
- •4)Patients consenting for the study
排除标准
- •1) Patients not consenting for the study are excluded
- •2) Age <18 years
- •3) Patients with H/0 Neuromuscular junction disorders
- •5) Patients with chronic lung disorders
- •6) Patients treated outside for poisoning with atropine
- •7) Patients presenting 24 hrs after the consumption of poison
