Inclusion Criteria

Individuals between 18 and 40 years old with a clinical diagnosis of Aggressive periodontitis, according to the American Academy of Periodontics (1999) or Periodontitid satages III or IV grade C; Presence of at least 8 teeth with PS > 5 mm and CIN ? 5 mm, 2 teeth per quadrant; Agree to participate in the survey by signing the informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant and lactating women; Carriers of systemic diseases that compromise the immune system; Unable to answer the questionnaires or perform the tests or treatment; Allergic to Amoxicillin, Metronidazole, Chlorhexidine or Photosensitizer;Those who underwent periodontal therapy less than 6 months ago.
