•Caregivers of persons diagnosed with moderate to severe OCD according to ICD-10 or ICD-11 criteria and based Y-BOCS severity rating scale with a co-morbid diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Related Disorder or Depression or NDS will be included.
•Primary caregiver aged between 18 years and 55 years who is staying with the person diagnosed with OCD for the past 1 year and is responsible for his or her treatment and care will be included.
•Caregivers who can speak Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English will be included.

•Caregivers who were diagnosed with OCD or any other severe psychiatric illness such as psychosis, BPAD, Schizophrenia and Substance use disorder except NDS etc will be excluded.
•Caregivers who were involved as part of family therapy or behaviour therapy will be excluded.
•Caregivers of persons diagnosed with OCD who are taking treatment from the Outpatient Department will be excluded.
•Caregivers who were diagnosed with a chronic medical illness and also have physical limitations will be excluded.
