Inclusion Criteria

1-Patients not Dependent upon insulin therapy

2-Patients suffers from only type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

3-Patients who fulfil the diagnostic criteria

4-for Sthoola Pramehi-B.M.I.- >25kg/m2

Krisha Pramehi-B.M.I.- <18kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

1-Patient having fasting Blood sugar >200mg/dl

2-Postprandial blood sugar >300mg/dl

3-Patients with HbA1C more then 8.5%

4-Insulin dependent patients(Type 1)

5-Patient having complication of diabetic neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Ketoacidosis

6-Patient having Chronic, contagious infection disease such as active Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A,B & C

7-Patients having association with other endocrinal disorder

8-Patients taking Corticosteroids, Antidepressant medication or medication for weight loss or weight gain
