入选标准

  • patients with cancer diagnosis in childhood, adolescence and young adulthood (AYAs), who are in aftertreatment and currently tumor-free
  • - patients with completed tumor therapy excluding an anti-hormonal long-term treatment
  • - age = 15 years and = 39 years
  • - written statement of agreement
  • - written statement of agreement by the parents for AYAs = 18 years
  • - at least one cardiovascular risk factor (e.g. chemotherapy with anthracyclines, radiotherapy of thorax, concomitant chemoradiotherapy and/or existing hypertension, nicotine abuse, dyslipoproteinemia or diabetes mellitus)

排除标准

  • - active cancer
  • - already existing cardiovascular disease
  • - presence of a genetically determined metabolic disorder
  • - previous treatment concerning an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating). A previous parenteral nutrition/ additional enteral nourishment is allowed in the case of tumor-related cachexia under therapy
