all patients presenting to E.D who have consumed any type of poisonous compound.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Only Alcohol intoxication
2) Not willing for admission.
3) Leave against medical advice

Name Time Method We expect that by the end of this study the incidence of insecticidal poisoning might be higher in Adult patients of farming occupation as this is rural region and we would be able to comment on the management and prognosis of various type of poisoning patient admitted in the hospital <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 8 weeks from base line
