Inclusion Criteria
1. Having both permanent first molars intact and without decay, devoid of repairing or cracks in the lower jaw that is fully grown.
2. Take proper isolation tooth
3. There are deep grooves that indicate the need for sealant
4. Select the children in the group Low risk of rot and there is an acceptable level of oral hygiene by children
5. consent and complete a special form to assist in calling a meeting of 6 and 12 months by parents
