1)Bangkok Noi community-dwelling adult 60 years or older
2)Participants have prefrail according to The Simple Frail Questionnaire Thai Version
3)Participants do not have impaired cognitive function according to the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE≥ 23).
4)Participants can communicate in Thai with no seriously impaired vision and hearing.
5)Participants or relatives have a smartphone.
1)Participants have any other medical conditions precluding them from exercise such as unstable cardiopulmonary disease.
2)Previous major surgery in 6 months or recent hospitalization in 3 months
3)regular exercise ≥ 3 times a week in 3 month
