Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Bangkok Noi community\-dwelling adult 60 years or older
- •2\)Participants have prefrail according to The Simple Frail Questionnaire Thai Version
- •3\)Participants do not have impaired cognitive function according to the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE≥ 23\).
- •4\)Participants can communicate in Thai with no seriously impaired vision and hearing.
- •5\)Participants or relatives have a smartphone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Participants have any other medical conditions precluding them from exercise such as unstable cardiopulmonary disease.
- •2\)Previous major surgery in 6 months or recent hospitalization in 3 months
- •3\)regular exercise ≥ 3 times a week in 3 month
