简要总结
Ringworm (dermatophytosis) is a common contagious fungal infection that is highly prevalent in economically disadvantaged communities due to overcrowding, poor hygiene, and limited access to healthcare. Recurrence and chronicity are frequently observed in such populations.
This uncontrolled clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic treatment based on a miasmatic approach in patients suffering from ringworm from an economically backward cluster. Eligible patients will receive homoeopathic medicines selected according to the totality of symptoms and miasmatic background. Patients will be followed periodically to assess improvement in clinical signs and symptoms.
The study intends to assess the potential role of homoeopathic management as a cost-effective treatment option for ringworm in economically disadvantaged populations.
