Study Overview
Brief Summary
This is a cross-sectional observational study investigating the role of psychological capital in therelationship between Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) and depression,anxiety, stress among 110 individuals diagnosed with psoriasis. Theparticipants will be recruited from the OP and IP patient from Department ofDermatology, Venereology and Leprosy of KMC Manipal according to the proposedinclusion and exclusion criteria, after which the informed consent will betaken from each participant. The primary outcome measures are PsychologicalCapital Scores, which is continuous variable and the scores range from 24 – 144;DLQI Scores which is also a continuous variable with scores ranging from 0 – 30and interpreted as higher the score higher the impairment and finally DASSScores, also a continuous variable with 3 scores for Depression, Anxiety andStress and scores for each ranging from 0-21 and higher the score higher theintensity of symptoms.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with a diagnosis of psoriasis for 1 year or more Above the age of 18 Belonging to either male or female gender Can read Kannada, Malayalam or English.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals diagnosed with psychiatric illness prior to onset of psoriasis.
