Inclusion Criteria

60-70 years old women
without cardio-respiratory disease like myocardial infarction or high blood pressure
without neurological disorders like brain stroke or Parkinson
without chronic disease like diabetes
without skeletal muscular disorder
without cognition disorder like Alzheimer
having ability to read and recognize the colors
independency to cane or other people for walking

Exclusion Criteria

having chronic disease like diabetes
having skeletal muscular disorder
having cognition disorder like Alzheimer
dont be able to read and recognize the colors
dependent to cane or other people for walking
