1. Healthy, 5-7 year old children reporting to the dental clinic for the first time
2. Children with a carious mandibular molar tooth (WHO â?? D3 lesion)
3. Franklâ??s Behavior 3 & 4 ( during initial examination visit)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Self report dental fear and anxiety will be measured using Facial Image Sale <br/ ><br>2. Physiological measure of fear and anxiety recorded as Pulse Rate using pulse oximeter <br/ ><br>3. Dentist rated treatment related behavior of the children measured by Independent Observer 1 with Modified Venham Behaviour Rating Scale from videotapes <br/ ><br>4. Treatment duration (stepwise instrumentation time) will be measured from start of cavity preparation to completion of restoration and will be recorded with a stopwatch.Timepoint: at the time of start of procedure, at the end of procedure

Name Time Method Independent Observer 2 will assess caries removal using Visual-tactile criteria (Bjorndal et al.) <br/ ><br>Independent Observer 2 will assess the Quality of restoration using Modified USPHS criteria after completion of procedure.Timepoint: after completion of procedure.
