- •1\. ISI screening more than 7 or Sleep hygiene index less than 2\.34
- •2\. student at Faculty of Physical Therapy
- •3\. consent to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. have psychiatric diagnosis
- •2\. have physical problem disturb sleep
- •3\. cannot communicate in Thai language
