Written informed consent
Clinical diagnosis of chronic stable plaque psoriasis (minimum 5% body surface area) for 6 months
Age 18-65
Male or Female

A concurrent diagnosis of pustular, guttate or erythrodermic psoriasis.
Patient who have a history of Coronary Artery Disease.
Patients who are currently taking warfarin, diltiazem, amiodarone or verapramil for any indication.
Treatment with any other systemic psoriasis therapies where the dose has changed 2 months prior to the entry of the study.
Females who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or whom are planning a pregnancy.
