patients with POAG based on criteria for diagnosis: ocular pressure greater than 21 mmHg from medical history, normal appearance of anterior chamber angle by gonioscopy, typical glaucomatous optic neuropathy and characteristic glaucomatous defects in the visual field ; having prescribed topical therapy in form of drops for at least one year; no previous incision or laser eye surgeries; no other ocular disease; no verified psychiatric disorders; no usage of psychotropic drugs; no neurological disorders affecting visual function
more than 10% of blank items of the questionnaires; visual field and OCT findings that are unreliable and cannot be accurately analyzed.
