Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (International Classification of Diseases, 10th edition \[ICD\-10])
- •2\. Aged over 18 years, either sex
- •3\. Attend the diabetes outpatient clinic at Lerdsin Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Not diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (ICD\-10\)
- •2\. Do not attend for follow up at the diabetes outpatient clinic at Lerdsin Hospital, Thailand during the study period 1st May \- 30th November 2008
- •3\. Appointment is scheduled less than one working day before their appointment
