Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •advanced cancer aged more than 18 years olds
- •pathology identify cancer
- •advanced stage of cancer
- •patients can read and answer Thai questionnaire
- •Not treated by palliative care before enrolled in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients admitted in ICU within 7 days
- •patients with endotracheal tube
- •Glascow coma score below 8
- •hospital stay \< 7 days
- •Not known malignancy before
- •curative treatment
- •cannot communication
