Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •advanced cancer aged more than 18 years olds
  • •pathology identify cancer
  • •advanced stage of cancer
  • •patients can read and answer Thai questionnaire
  • •Not treated by palliative care before enrolled in this study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patients admitted in ICU within 7 days
  • •patients with endotracheal tube
  • •Glascow coma score below 8
  • •hospital stay \< 7 days
  • •Not known malignancy before
  • •curative treatment
  • •cannot communication
