Inclusion Criteria

Candidates for open heart surgery.
Be 30 to 70 years old.
Have normal kidney and liver functionDo not have thyroid disease, hypertension, diabetes and arrhythmia.
Don't be addicted to drugs.
Glomerular filtration should be less than 60.

Exclusion Criteria

The patient is not satisfied to participate in the study.
If the patient is taking renal effective drugs such as steroids and anti-inflammatory.
If you are allergic to N-acetyl cysteine.

Method of measurement: Serum level of creatinine in blood tests.;The effect of N-acetyl cysteine on renal factors after open heart surgery.
