?Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis.
?The chief complaint is neck and shoulder pain.
?The presence of superior trapezius muscle or sternocleidomastoid muscle was judged as affected muscle by palpation.
?The age is between 18 and 75.
?Voluntarily accept the study protocol and provide written consent.
?Suffering from other serious systemic diseases, the researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in the researchers.
?Neck pain caused by other diseases such as scapulohumeral periarthritis and myofascitis
?Those who have undergone cervical surgery or have severe congenital deformities of the cervical spine
?Patients who refuse acupuncture or have any acupuncture contraindications
?The skin of neck and shoulder is damaged, severe rash and so on, which is not suitable for ultrasonic examination.
?Those with high risk of bleeding such as hematopathy or taking anticoagulants.
?Pregnant women.
