Inclusion Criteria
- •Women at the age of 45\-60 years
- •living with husband
- •physiologically menopaused
- •Passed 1\-10 years from menstruation pause
- •Willingness to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of hormone therapy over the past 6 months
- •History of hysterectomy
- •Not Iranian
- •Severe physical and mental illness
