Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Female college students over the age of 18 with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Past history of any abdominal surgery or hospitalization due to abdominal pain
  • 2\) Organic digestive diseases (Inflammatory bowel disease, lactose malabsorption, celiac disease, obstructive bowel disease, etc.)
  • 3\) Severe combined immune deficiency
  • 4\) Thyroid disease
  • 5\) Current psychologic disease with/without taking psychiatric drugs
  • 6\) Regular medication that can affect the bowel
  • (Prokinetics \[5\-HT and dopamine antagonist], antispasmodics, digestive promoters, antidiarrheals, antibiotics, antihistamines, laxatives, etc.)
