Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female college students over the age of 18 with Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Past history of any abdominal surgery or hospitalization due to abdominal pain
- •2\) Organic digestive diseases (Inflammatory bowel disease, lactose malabsorption, celiac disease, obstructive bowel disease, etc.)
- •3\) Severe combined immune deficiency
- •4\) Thyroid disease
- •5\) Current psychologic disease with/without taking psychiatric drugs
- •6\) Regular medication that can affect the bowel
- •(Prokinetics \[5\-HT and dopamine antagonist], antispasmodics, digestive promoters, antidiarrheals, antibiotics, antihistamines, laxatives, etc.)
