1.Age 18-60 years
2.ASA PS class 1-2
1. History of gastrotintestinal disease or previous gastrointestinal surgery
2. Unable to eat or drink
3. History of diabetes or renal disease or heart disease
4. Electrolytes imbalance
5. Body Mass Index more than 30 kg/m2
6. Pregnancy
7. Psychiatric problems
8. Unable to communicate
9. Alcohol drinking or smoking
10. History of opioid use
11. History of gastric dismotility
12. Claustrophobia or fear of loud noise or unable to lay down
13. Contraindication for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination such as cardiac implantation, metallic device implantation
14. Allergy for carbohydrate
