- •1.Age 18-60 years
- •2.ASA PS class 1-2
排除标准
- •1. History of gastrotintestinal disease or previous gastrointestinal surgery
- •2. Unable to eat or drink
- •3. History of diabetes or renal disease or heart disease
- •4. Electrolytes imbalance
- •5. Body Mass Index more than 30 kg/m2
- •6. Pregnancy
- •7. Psychiatric problems
- •8. Unable to communicate
- •9. Alcohol drinking or smoking
- •10. History of opioid use
- •11. History of gastric dismotility
- •12. Claustrophobia or fear of loud noise or unable to lay down
- •13. Contraindication for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination such as cardiac implantation, metallic device implantation
- •14. Allergy for carbohydrate
