Inclusion Criteria

  • •known COPD with respiratory insufficiency and already initiated NIV therapy for at least 3 months
  • •\- Signed declaration of consent
  • •\- Patient age \= 18 years
  • •\- Last exacerbation of COPD defined by the current GOLD guideline more than 3 months ago

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Patient age \< 18 years
  • •\- Mental retardation
  • •\- Missing declaration of consent
