•All hospitals in NWP including Base Hospitals, District Hospitals and Peripheral Units.
•Doctors and nurses involved in management of snake bite
Exclusion Criteria
Teaching Hospital, Kurunegala as it is the tertiary referral centre for all other hospitals in the NWP
