Inclusion Criteria
Major lower limb trauma ( Femur or tibia fractures ) within 48 hours from the time of injury and are planned to be operated within 10 days from the day of trauma
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with isolated lateral, medial malleolus fractures, patellar fractures, associated with significant neurotrauma, spine injury with neurodeficit, pathological fractures and those with severe renal and liver dysfunction
