Inclusion Criteria
Subject whose BMI is greater than 25 and less than 40
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with fever or acute illness.
Subjects who have surgical history of less than a year.
Subjects engaged in any pranayama/ exercise/ sports program at present.
Consumption of alcohol or nicotine.
