A Descriptive study will be conducted to assess the psychological well-being and coping strategies among community health workers in Dakshina Kannada district A Purposive sampling technique will be used to select 138 community health workers from selected PHCs of Dakshina Kannada district Data will be collected by sending a Google form to the community health workers whatsapp numbers The tools used for data collection include a baseline proforma Ryffs Psychological well-being scale and Coping scale Tabulated data will be analyzed using appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics

- •1 Those who are working as community health workers for at least 6 months 2 Community health officers and Primary health care officers.
- •3 Those who know how to operate Android phones.
排除标准
- •ASHA Anganwadi workers Doctors Lab technicians and X-ray technicians will be excluded.
