Inclusion Criteria

Woman aged 20-45 years old and BMI less than 25 km/m2
Wearing high-heeled shoes more than 6 months
The height of heeled shoes are between 5-10 cm.
Wearing high-heeled shoes more than 6 hours/day, 3 days/week
The cross-sectional area of heeled shoes are between 1-2 cm2
Pain scale of calf muscle is more than 4/10 points

Exclusion Criteria

History of orthopaedic surgery or severe musculoskeletal problems in back and lower extremities
Pregnant women
Attended lower limb stretching program in recent 6 months
Medical diagnosis of musculoskeletal problems in leg and foot, for example, Plantarfaciitis, Achilles tendonitis, Reumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis
