•Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, classified as relapsing remitting, or primary/secondary progressive
•Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS)score of = 6
•Reduced walking ability (subjectively experienced)

•participation in a similar intervention in the last 6 months
•cognitive impairments (MoCA < 24)
•pregnancy at the time of examination
•exacerbation within 2 weeks prior to enrolment.
•People with any other self-reported medical or neurologic conditions that might affect gait or interfere with study procedures.
•persons with a level of ataxia, clinically assessed, that would affect their ability to perform the training.
•spasticity requiring stretching or treatment with baclofen.
•Other, not MS-related, conditions affecting walking ability.
