- •Patient > 18 years
- •Patient requiring central venous catheterisation for any clinical reason
排除标准
- •Patients with
- •Coagulopathies (Severe coagulation abnormalities (platelets <=50,000/ μL, or INR >=1.5, or PTT >=50 s) will be corrected before Cannulation
- •Patient on therapeutic anticoagulants
- •Distorted chest anatomy
- •Superior vena cava syndrome
- •Infective Endocarditis
- •Infection at the cannulation site
