Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient \> 18 years
- •Patient requiring central venous catheterisation for any clinical reason
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •Coagulopathies (Severe coagulation abnormalities (platelets \<\=50,000/ μL, or INR \>\=1\.5, or PTT \>\=50 s) will be corrected before Cannulation
- •Patient on therapeutic anticoagulants
- •Distorted chest anatomy
- •Superior vena cava syndrome
- •Infective Endocarditis
- •Infection at the cannulation site
